Policies
Two night stay on weekends is preferred year round, except June,
July and August which require a seven night minimum stay. Holiday
weekends require a three night minimum stay.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover. Please mention any gift certificates you may be using,
when you make your reservation.
Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 1
month prior to check-in. Full payment for summer rentals due June
1st. Full advance payment is required for a one-night reservation.
We must receive your deposit within 5 days of booking to secure your
reservation. If the reservation is made within 7 days of check-in,
the deposit must be secured in full by credit card and is
non-refundable.
If you are making a reservation as a gift for someone else, the
reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Late arrivals can easily be
accommodated with our self-check-in procedure.
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. A later check-out time may be
accommodated for an additional $70 charge.
All room rates are based on double occupancy. We can accommodate
additional guests in several of our rooms for an additional charge.
Pets are not permitted.
NJ state law permits smoking only on the porches or garden areas.
Cancelled reservations
are refunded with a $30 processing fee if notification is received
within thirty days of the reservation date.
