Policies
A two
night stay on weekends is preferred year round, except June, July,
and August, which require a seven night minimum stay. Holiday
weekends
require a three night minimum stay.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discovery Card and American Express.
Please
mention any gift certificates you may be using when you make your
reservation.
Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 1
month prior to Check-in. Full payment for summer rentals due
June 1st. Full advance payment is required for a one-night
reservation.
We must receive your deposit within 5 days of booking to secure your
reservation. If the reservation is made within 7 days of
check-in, the deposit must be secured in full by credit card and is
non-refundable.
If you are making a reservation as a gift for someone else, the
reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Late arrivals can be accommodated up to
9:00 PM with
advanced notice.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A later check-out time may be
accommodated for an
additional $70 charge, if a guest is not scheduled to arrive at 2:00
PM,

All room rates are based on double occupancy. We can accommodate
additional
guests in several of our suites for an additional deposit.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED DUE TO POSSIBLE GUEST ALLERGIC REACTIONS.
NJ STATE LAW PERMITS SMOKING ONLY ON THE PORCHES OR GARDEN AREAS.
Cancelled reservations are refunded with a $30 processing fee if
notification is
received within thirty days of the reservation date.
Additional Parking Passes are available for the Bank Street
Municipal Parking lot
for a $25.00 charge. Refundable when pass is returned to Puffin
Innkeepers.
